Mass shooting in NH: Gunman kills 1, injures others for ‘Palestine’

A gunman shouted “Free Palestine!” as he shot multiple people at a New Hampshire country club on Saturday, killing one and wounding several others.
Roughly 100 people were at the Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua when the shooter opened fire. Authorities have detained a “person of interest” but have not confirmed the identity of the shooter.
Sophie Flabouris, who was attending a wedding at the club, said shots were heard coming from the restaurant.
“Some people ran out of the door, some people ran into the kitchen, and people just ran all different directions,” she told CNN.
The number of injured persons is unknown.
Tom Bartelson, another wedding attendee, said the shooter yelled “the children are safe” and “Free Palestine!”
Calls to designate ‘Free Palestine’ as terrorism
The shooting is at least the third major attack this year in the name of Palestine. In June, Mohamed Sabry Soliman firebombed a crowd in Boulder, Colorado, killing an 82-year-old woman and injuring five others. That attack came just days after Elias Rodriguez shot and killed two Israeli embassy staffers in Washington, DC. Both attacks were motivated by support for Palestine.
“Designate the ‘Free Palestine’ movement as a terrorist organization,” journalist Sloan Rachmuth tweeted in response to the shooting.
“We can’t do that because the Director of the National Counter Terrorism Center [Joe Kent] doesn’t think we should refer to Islamic terrorism as Islamic terrorism,” replied Republican strategist Laura Loomer. “He’s too busy attacking Trump supporters on X instead of dealing with the Palestinian Islamic terror threat on US soil.”
In June, the late Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk shared a graphic from a radical Leftist group showing that Palestine is the nexus of all Leftist causes, such as “struggles” against misogyny, the patriarchy, colonialism, climate change, racism, White supremacy, capitalism, and more.
“Palestine is the issue that makes us realise everything is interconnected,” the graphic read. “Every struggle for justice, freedom, and liberation. All connected [sic]. From Palestine, to Congo, to Sudan.”
The country club shooting occurred just 10 days after Kirk’s assassination by a radical Leftist, sparking calls for the overall Left to be investigated for domestic terrorism.
“Last week: Charlie Kirk murder- leftist,” tweeted Dr. Kevin Bass. “Yesterday: ABC shooting- leftist. RFK Jr. bomb threat- leftist. Stadium plotter Joshua Runkles- leftist. Today: Mass pro-Palestinian shooting in New Hampshire- leftist. Left-wing media has fomented a full-blown leftist terrorist insurgency.”
Conservative influencer Dave Rubin has also called for the Free Palestine movement to be classified as a terror organization.
“Why is it that wherever they are, they’re burning their own countries’ flags, right?” asked Rubin back in June. “So they do it in Paris, and they do it in London, and they do it in Brussels, and they do it wherever they are. They’re burning their own countries’ flags while they’re showing you a flag of a country that never existed and will never exist. Why are they doing that? Because it has nothing to do with building a State of Palestine. It has to do with destroying the Western states that put tolerance at the top of that hierarchy.”
Rubin’s comments came after a demand from CNN’s Scott Jennings to designate the pro-Palestinian movement as domestic terrorism. “What more do we need to see, Jake, before we realize this ‘free Palestine’ movement is nothing more than a domestic terror organization?” he asked Jake Tapper.
“The rise of antisemitism in America, the rise of the number of people who have come to America who hold anti-American views, anti-Western views, and antisemitic views — and are now willing to act on it – it is absolutely outrageous,” Jennings continued. “And I think as a society, we need to understand. We are dealing with domestic terrorism, it’s growing more violent by the day, and if we don’t deal with it, these kinds of things are going to keep happening in cities all over the place. It’s awful, and we need to come to grips with the fight that we’re in right now in America, a fight for the future of our country and the future of Western civilization.”
